The Hearthstone May meeting has been changed to Monday May 20. The attorney will be present to explain the process and cost for changing the covenants to include no rentals in Hearthstone. Residents are urged to attend.

Hearthstone Annual Meeting
Hearthstone Community Association annual meeting will be held at 7:00 pm on June 24, 2019 at the Wallen Baptist Church on Wallen Road. This is an opportunity for residents to attend a meeting and ask questions and voice opinions to the Association Board. The meeting agenda will consist of 30-45 minutes of regular business followed by the meeting bring opened up to questions and comments from Hearthstone residents.
Hearthstone Association Dues 2019-2020
At the March meeting of the Hearthstone Board the dues for the July 2019-June 2020 year were set at $155.00. This is a $5.00 increase over the prior year. A large portion of the budget is spent on maintenance items including: lawn mowing, trimming, mulching, lawn fertilization, weed control, tree and debris removal, and snow removal. These maintenance items average $22,000 per year. Other costs are insurance, electricity, water, playground, sidewalk’s, light and water repair to name some of the items. The association’s budget is available for review for a more complete listing of association expenditures. The fee statements have been mailed to all homeowners and the due date is June 30.
