If you’ve spent any time walking around our association, you’ve probably noticed some piles of stone near the drainage by Hartman Ditch. As we announced in our last newsletter in our special announcement, there has been some natural damage to the culvert and drainage under the sidewalk that will need to be repaired.
Now that materials have been delivered, the work will start within a week, weather permitting. Once construction begins, the sidewalk will not be accessible. This is because two sidewalk panels will have to be removed in order to remove and replace the old drainage pipe.
