The board is proposing to add to the restrictions covenants a provision that restricts “non-owner occupied” residences in the subdivision. Many homeowners are realizing the detrimental effects that an increase in rental housing has on their neighborhoods and property values. The board was approached with these concerns and with considerable discussion the board agreed to support this change and asks for your support.
